Was is denn defekt....
kreige kein fund zu dem zundspul...... Beide kabel mit null.. Help.....

Hallo, bei solch einem ausführlichen Beitrag, kann man den Fehler ganz schnell einkreisen und beheben !!!!   Was hast du denn bis jetzt geprüft ?? Was "sagt" Buggy überhaupt ?? Dreht der Anlasser ?? Vielleicht ist die Zündspule defekt !! Gruß bibo

anlasser dreht normal.. habe beid kabel von zundspuhl zu cdi uberprüft beide i.o. Glaube cdi is defekt.... Kann man die uberprüfen.

Versuche doch bitte Deine Beiträge einigermaßen verständlich zu gestalten sofern deutsch Deine Muttersprache ist. Die CDI kann man überprüfen wenn man etwas Ahnung von Elektronik und einen Osszilographen hat. Einfacher wäre es natürlich sie zu tauschen. ok then we will try in English....so 08,09,09 a drive with the buggy... when I parked the bug for the night it suddenly began to die by idle.. In reverse it jumped a bit.. Ok I thought I have to adjust the idel.... Next day Buggy would not start.....Checked if it was getting gas...OK.. Check spark to plug.. nothing.... Checked spark to coil.. Nothing....The starter works normally and all lights and everything else work normally..... Just no spark from cdi to coil..... Checked wires from coil to cdi no breaks....Cdi is two connector one with 2 wires and the other with 3.. on the 2 connector I have spark to the black wire... nothing on the 3 connector plug... Help please...Where can I order an origional CDI find nothing in the net.... Thanks to all.

ja super...But first I need to know what I need.... I personally think the cdi is bad but don't know for sure......I don't want to throw my money away buying all new parts....does anyone know of a troubleshooting site for the electronics....... Where can I find parts for kinroad....Actionbikes is a bit expensive.....Any experts out there that can confirm that my cdi is the part I need...

the CDI is new, SMDB250C from Sanxin, other parts.... engine starter, exhaust pipe, rims, tyre, etc....

with the ignition on which cabels should have spark on the cdi? and which when I try to start....
Cdi is two connector one with 2 wires and the other with 3.. on the 2 connector I have spark to the black wire... nothing on the 3 connector plug... Help please...Where can I order an origional CDI find nothing in the net.... Thanks to all.

ok people come on and help me.... Bug won't start.... Have checked cabels for breaks found none.... Still won't start.... Starter turns and everything else works... As far as I can tell no spark to the coil..... So help please.... Where should I look next... Has anyone else had this problem....I will be waiting for some help and please explain in detail.. Thank you.

Hallo kurbis, Du kannst die CDI bekommen für 25 Euro inkl. Versand. Ob Deine CDI defekt ist kann Dir allerdings niemand aus der Entfernung sagen. Es bleibt also ein Restrisiko  wie bei jeder Reperatur. Wer nicht wagt der nicht gewinnt. Sag bescheid und Du bekommst meine Bankverbindung, nach Geldeingang sende ich Dir die CDI zu. Oder aber Du bekommst ne CDI, ne Zündspule und den Pickup - alles zusammen für 45 Euro. Grüße Nixi _________________ www.harz.kilu.de
